Mô tả công việc

Responsibilities
• Manage call center operation day by day to fulfill clients' requirements and KPI for their satisfaction.
• Set a plan for revenue monitoring, control the costs of project.
• Setting up rules, policies, guidelines, process, procedure and methodology for call center operation, and assuring implementation.
• Planning the method to develop subordinates in call center operation and developing their skill for internal career path.
• Being a project manager for new project implementation and existing project expansion, and coordinating with other division/department.
• Representing the company to clients, getting trust from them and keeping good relationship with them for further business opportunities.
• Reporting to and consulting with the director, superiors and other relevant division/department in the company for any necessity.
• Coordinating with other division/department for any kind of necessity to realize call center operation.
• Organize meeting with BO team to update the newest information and coaching team based on client's requirements.
• Attend the meeting with client.
• Attend the internal meeting of TCV.
• Planning headcount and capacity for call center operation as the clients' requirements.
• Analyzing daily, weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports and results to provide better service and solutions.
• Delegate to employees, solving the working issued coming up according to the project's requirements.
• Overview KPI bonus employee's list before reporting to superior.
• Interview the staffs as leave/exit process.
• Interview the candidates for BO team (2nd interview).

Yêu cầu chung

Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years Management experiences in call center.
• Experience of call center setup.
• Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach and inspire staff.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Problem solving skills, self-development skills.
• Ability to report properly and promptly.
• Be able to work overtime.
