Job description

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media and any other possible channels.
- Develop new clients’ databases and ensure that the data is up-to-date.
- Identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Manage sales pipeline and close deals.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
- Progress towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager.
- Follow up with past customers and cross-selling products.
- Provide assistance to other members of the sales team.

General requirements

- Previous experience in a sales role for any industry. Having experience in aluminum exterior products is a plus.
- A successful track record of personal sales performance.
- Be able to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization.
- Be able to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives
- Determined and self-motivated.
- Be able to work equally well alone or as part of a team
- Good English communication skill,
- Having Japanese N3 is an advantage


- Salary: 16.000.000 - 20.000.000
- Holiday: Sunday and 2 Saturday off per month
- Vacation: Public holiday
