Job description

Control jobs of recruitment & training team
* Recruitment:
- In charge of recruitment job for make plan & deployment plan of worker/staff/student recruitment
- Go on a business trip to provinces for implementing worker recruitment activities (if any)
- Co-operate with PIC of provinces to deal with relating issues if any
- Making relationship with college, university, training school
* Training:
- In charge of the training plan, control training progress
- Design new training programs to suit the needs of the company
- Review training document periodically
- Be admin of recruitment fanpage of company
- Other jobs as assigned

General requirements

- Age: 30 - 35
- Qualification: University. Major in Economics, Foreign language, Technical...
- Experience: at least 2 years experience work equivalent position job; in charge of recruitment, especially in worker recruitment
- Willing to go on business according to the job requirement
- Having experience in running fanpage, Facebook ads is an advantage
- Be hard-working, enthusiastic, nimble
- Having a passion for recruitment and training job
- Priority to candidates having a good relationship with the vocational school, college, university, can speak English/Japanese in work
- Good skills in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint…


- Salary: 600 ~ 1000 USD
- Salary and bonus yearly.
- Commuting bus between Hanoi & Bac Ninh
- Holiday: Every 2 Saturday/month in rotation and every Sunday
- Vacation: Public holiday
