Mô tả công việc
• Guide, train new staff to meet the best productivity. Provide printing technologies and machines, programs (if any) as internal training policies, especially with system procedures concerned with production, and supported documents.
• Assign, check and supervise status of maintenance tasks and employees in Maintenance dept.
• Evaluate, praise, or discipline employees' abilities according to company’s regulation.
• Monitor and make plans for materials, machines and all equipment inside the factory. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
• Update and keep maintenance logs and report on a daily basis.
• Represent the company to work directly with sub-contractors and deal with them about required qualities. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Ensure machines do not stop during working process, and ensure health and safety policies and complied. Check electrical and technological systems of factory to ensure functionality.
• Prevent in time all risks that could lead to unpredicted damaged machines.
• Fulfill and comply maintenance procedures and ensure implementation, comply with rules in machines maintenance procedure.
• Report as requested from Quality control system as ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
• Carry out and check 5S, TPM at the office and all machines, distribution boards in the factory. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and solve issues.
• Update breakdown matrix to review solutions for each happened problems.
Yêu cầu chung
• Strong English skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in Maintenance Management in printing fields or related field.
• Good supervising skills, communication skills, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge about labor safety and preventing labor accidents.
• Holiday bonus, 13th month salary.
