Job description

Marketing online/Digital Marketing:
● Develop strategies and implement online marketing activities.
● Plan strategies and activities for company’s online marketing channels (digital platforms)
● Technical management and management of digital assets (digital assets)
● Coordinate with the Development department, propose and deploy digitalization tools to increase management efficiency, business and employee productivity.

Market research, business analysis and market brand development
● Responsible for ad hoc, periodic, independent market research or in collaboration
with outsourced service partners according to business needs
● Analyze current business situation to come up with solutions for business goals
● Finding new business opportunities, developing new products and services based on research and analysis of customer/ consumer behavior, markets and competitors.
● Coordinate with clients/ partners/ community to develop the brand through marketing activities.

● With the goal of exploiting potential customers from digital, optimize ads to achieve the goal.
● Building multi-channel advertising channels: advertising, organic, ... to create potential customers.
● Brand advertising strategy

General requirements

● Qualification: University graduated in Marketing majors
● Have at least 3 years of experience in the same position.
● Background in eCommerce or Agency is a plus
● Professional and assertive working style.
● Creative mind, logical thinking, vision and good planning ability.
● Ability to build and organize team development.
● Enthusiastic, responsible, able to withstand high pressure at work.
● Thoughtful, careful, honest, good professional ethics ..
● Experience in managing groups of 5-10 employees
● Fluent in English & Data analytics
