Job description

- Make plan, organize and monitor the IT system (server, storage, security…).
- Make plan, organize and manage IT Helpdesk team.
- Make report, present report to customer on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, yearly) in Japanese language
- Project management.
- Mainly responsible for implementing IT projects. Collect customer’s requirements, make plan, and assign tasks to team members.
- Implement, monitor project progress, make sure projects are on schedule, within budget, meet quality and customer’s requirements (including progress, quality, risk, incidents…before and after implementing projects)

General requirements

Gender: Male
Ideal age: >30
Education level:
- Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT and/or Telecommunications.
- Have experience (at least 3 years) in similar position.
- Have ITIL/CCNA/MCSA (CCNP/ MCSE/PMP is an advantage)
- Can communicate well in Japanese (both speaking and writing)
Prefer candidate:
- Have experience in IT customer service, working with Japanese customer.
- Have experience in implementing and managing many projects at the same time.
Soft skills:
- Have knowledge/skills in project management.
- Can present reports well in Japanese language.
Flexible working time: can work over time/at weekend/on holidays.
