Job description

- Discuss with recruitment team and other related departments to make company PR plans/strategies
- Hold PR & Recruitment activities (Internship, Seminar at University, Company Tour, Job Fair, Technical event...)
- Manage company's Facebook, Website and other PR channels
- Write PR articles
- Prepare PR & Recruitment reports
- Prepare for on-boarding
- Involve in recruitment process such as CV inputting and interview arrangement
- Other ad-hoc PR & Recruitment tasks
- Make plan and hold company events such as birthday parties, company trip…
- Have opportunities to be in charge of other HR tasks such as: employee training, workplace kaizen activities, company rule improvement…

General requirements

- Academic Background: University
- Age: ~ 35
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to communicate in English at intermediate level
- Good collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
- Ability to work actively and speedily under high pressure
- Ability to analyze, raise idea and solve problems
- Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports
- Ability to organize and manage time
- Good self-learning skill and acquisitiveness
- Willingness to challenge new things
- Open-minded person


- Salary: 12,000,000 ~ 27,000,000 VND
- Flexibility in working space & time: work from home (5 days per month)
