SIGN THE CONTRACT

To ensure the mutual interest and the consensus
on methods of cooperation, two parties will
sign a “HR recruitment consulting service contract”

APPROACH AND SELECT CANDIDATES

We will approach or screen CVs to target the most suitable candidates. We directly pre-interview candidates before sending their profiles to you.

CANDIDATE RECOMMENDATIONS

Jellyfish HR recommends candidates for you. You will consider the most suitable candidates and inform us your schedule for interviews.

ARRANGE INTERVIEW

Jellyfish HR will support you to arrange interview with candidates and ensure the interview schedules are followed.

FOLLOW UP AND OFFER

We will follow up with both clients and candidates to get the post-interview updates and support offer negotiation process to get win-win results. Service charge will only incur when the candidates start working at your company.

GUARANTEE
Within
30
days since the start working date, if the successful candidate quits the job due to a personal reason or a dismissal, client can choose one of the two guarantee options as below:
A: JellyfishHR shall recommend other suitable replacement for client free of charge. If the replacement succeeds, JellyfishHR shall terminal the guarantee, and have no more replacement here after.
B: JellyfishHR shall refund 80% of the paid service charge and make no more replacement.
From the 31st to 60th day
since the start working date, if the successful candidate quits the job due to a personal reason or a dismissal, client can choose one of the two guarantee options as below:
A: JellyfishHR shall recommend other suitable replacement for client free of charge. If the replacement succeeds, JellyfishHR shall terminal the guarantee period, and have no more replacement here after.
B: JellyfishHR shall refund 50% of the paid service charge and make no more replacement.
